The Austin café of Proud Mary, the Melbourne roaster founded in 2009 by Nolan and Shari Hirte. Broadsheet covered the South Lamar opening, and the café’s own page opens with “G’day Austin”.

Open 7am to 4pm daily, kitchen closes at 3pm (own site, checked 17 Oct 2026). Proud Mary also runs a café in Portland, and its beans turn up in Salt Lake at Matilda Coffee & Goods.
